Time Stops
Throw my watch on the floor.
Two voices seeking the tops.
Together we explore.
Seconds, minutes, hours, days.
Removing doubts from my mind.
So many ways to say.
You are a unique find.
Cause,
Hey Ho To Go.
I want to know.
Hey Ho To Go.
What feelings to Show.
Hey Ho To Go.
Happy days in a row.
Hey Ho To Go.
Not going to Slow.
Decrease the distance between us.
Put more faith in trust.
Moments change to memories.
Life before to summaries.
Quick and witty
You so pretty.
Conditions imperfect.
The world is shitty.
It’s a pity.
Timing is Suspect.
Cause ,
Hey Ho To Go.
I want to know.
Hey Ho To Go.
What feelings to Show.
Hey Ho To Go.
Happy days in a row.
Hey Ho To Go.
Not going to Slow.
Instant gratification.
Character Suffocation.
Please take your time.
Cause you are too kind. ;)
Hot breath and laughter.
Found what I am after.
Capable and Sturdy.
Oh so purdy.
Hello everybody, and welcome to Labor Day 2020, September seventh. It was a scorcher out there in southern California, specifically the high desert, and inland empire.
So naturally, during a pandemic, on one of the hottest days on record, it is wise to host a gender reveal party, and use pyrotechnics. Allegedly that is the source cause of the Yucaipa fire. I mean I can’t be mad. I probably would have done something stupid if I had that big of news to share too. But if the situation spiraled out of hand and seven thousand acres of land burnt up, I would feel pretty shameful and guilty.
The ash is starting fall, and also the sun is blocked by smokey haze. A normal occurrence every late summer in southern California. Which is concerning because the amount of ash and smoke released can’t be reclaimed. Thus meanings it can be transported way up into the upper atmosphere, especially because it is super heated. Then transported vast distances until it comes down again, maybe even on top of the ice caps of mountains or glaciers. Contributing to acceleration of evaporation and melting of those frozen bodies of water. Resulting in less fresh water reserves available and causes a drought. An extreme, but lengthy weather event. Conversely, to the lack of water on the other side of the globe, there can be an over abundance of water, i.e hurricanes, and typhoons. Which because of fluctuating levels of salinity and water temperatures of the oceans will be occurring more often. What a wonderful time to be a live.
How do we manage the consequences of extreme weather events? What incentives should be implemented to encourage participation?
Air quality, water usage, electricity, transportation, production, leisure are all aspects that will be effected in the coming years.
So the sun is consistently blasting the earth with energy. Some of it is good like the ultra violent rays that activate the vitamin d production in your body, and some of it is bad in lengthy doses. This is why one of the reasons air quality is so important because if the sun’s rays pierce the air due to pollutants, it effects everything. Water usage. I love water. I drink a lot of it, I use a pool, I take plenty of showers. I am with sin, in terms of how frivolous I use it. This may not be the case in the future. As things get more complicated in regards to water rights and the efficiency of where it should go. Obviously food production is important, but there are many areas there that could be adjusted to be more efficient. Residential applications of water saving techniques might alleviate some stress as well. Much like a smaller decentralized power grid using alternative forms of energy shifting the focus of stationary sources of air pollution. Home based water management systems is ready for disruption. Black water is sewage, and must be treated properly to prevent disease. Gray water is used water that may have some contaminants present, think of washing hands or laundry. Would it be better to re purpose that water to lower individual household consumption. Obviously, alterations would have to be made in terms of chemical usage in the home, if you knew you were going to use the same water again.
Those are my thoughts for today. The coffee is wearing off and I am hungry.
Happy Labor day everyone.
