Beware that this is content generated by other content about a viral product seller.

We are watching you. Well not me, but the loads of cookies you create with your daily online presence helps to define which products and opinions you might relate too. The flow masters of the internet, cough cough google could then sell advertisements to the select market. The big thing about advertisements is their conversion rate.

The conversion rate is the percentage of people shown the advertisement and the real number of sales generated. With ever increasing budgets to captivate decreasing attention spans.

“Hey Alexa, what’s my favorite song.” — The vapid consumer.

So conversion rate is what makes a product popular in the online arena, correct?

Yes and no. In some spaces, such as amazon, it is not only conversion rate, but also reviews, searches, and return to the original product.

Thus the algorithm can be defined and thusly a formula to game that algorithm is possible. Not only can the algorithm be skewed to your advantage the steps are simple as it would seem.

  1. The product- In today’s world repeat business sustains companies, not necessarily a great product. This is why a lot of millionaires/ amazon up sellers flock to the supplement industry. Supplements- are consumed monthly, and need to be replenished. Repeat business. Also the supplement industry is unregulated with few governing bodies for quality, and safety. Simply google a contract manufacture in the industry you would like to enter and get their minimum order size for your first batch of product. The key is to get a quantity that will sustain your sales goal for at least 90 days. Especially if you are entering the Amazon market place. 90 days is amazons honeymoon period, which will determine if your product should be pushed to the forefront. Especially if it has SEO, conversion rate, and fills the algorithm well. a product is useless without a customer. That is where the next step of the launch comes in.
  2. The List- AI is advancing at an exponential rate, pretty soon the Turing test will be a relic of the past. Thus the need for counter AI strategy need to have a sense of cunning. First things first. Network is net worth. Collect or create as many emails as you can. The more the better. If these are organic emails aka human attached you will need more. Conversely, if the email accounts are automated. Cough Cough Bots. You will still need a lot. What these email accounts will be are your first customers. These will be the perfect customers. They will buy, share, take pictures, and rate your product! WOW they must love your product. That, or they have been reimbursed for their inputs and get a free product. That or they are programmed to love your product. As mentioned before AI is catching wise to bots. AI versus AI. This is why organic customers are sought after. The organic customer can make it seem more genuine to the market data collected by amazon. This is probably because organic behavior is not often formulaic. You don’t instantly rate a product once you receive it do you? Most likely no, however after the initial sensation of a new product wares off you may then rate and review your impressions of the product. This is why you can’t just spam bots against the AI. Unless you code them a little differently, instead of instantly leaving the review on Amazon, delay them a determent amount of time, to make them seem more organic. What great customers and how wonderful that they are buying during your most critical times in business. Which is.
  3. Honeymoon Phase- Crème always rises to the top right? Well sometimes it can be nudged upward. The same can be said about your brand new product on the online market place. It has been performing well and is steadily improving daily in a more linear positive trend. Not only that but the people interest in your product are searching certain key words, and browsing, rating, and reviewing your product. Amazon algorithm won’t push this product to the forefront just yet. Instead it has to wait till the cycle of data acquired allows it to do it. Thus the 90 day period of your product will determine if it gets placed in front of millions of people, or squandered to the last page of the search.

Is capitalism dead? Did we innovate it out of existence. Or are we the last few generations of people before the world becomes a battle ground of AI versus AI? Either way enjoy the ride.

Let me know what products and or material you would sell in the comments below.

Thank you and have a wonderful day.
