Was 16 Minutes Enough?
Well no.
Cause I held myself accountable and that guy runs a really loose ship.
Used to work for tips.
Fall down seven times and get up eight.
Don’t quit until you are great.
Handouts and shout outs.
No one really know what this is all really about.
Every second of every day million more voices.
Deluged and drowning in the choices.
So you lie and you take the edge off.
Ponder your existence while you become soft.
So many rotations and denominations.
Same slice of the same pie, we all deserve reparations.
If everyone is equal would we care about the sequel.
Or would we learn to be still.
Why doesn’t the computer write the ending?
Data to thoughts we are sending.
Thoughts to data we remove ourselves from the equation.
Behaviors dinged by foreign nations.
None but ourselves can free our minds.
Distractions aplenty we find.
Scroll just a little more.
Fiending for that next dopamine score.
Flashy dances and para social relationships.
I can imagine your lips.
You don’t even know I exist.
Except when you flex your wrist.
Dangled the jewels that your swore you bought.
You snack you thot.
Shame shame shame what’s been removed from the game.
Blame Blame Blame weak and lame.
Lost more friends than enemies this year.
No wonder the beer taste sweeter with tears.
I couldn’t abuse substances I love them too much.
Distort my reality and such.
Accepting the state of the world we are in.
Drifting closer to dreams and sin.
If everyone was equal would we really care about the sequel?
Or would we still have different stories to tell.
I know not your pain.
Yet I can call you insane.
While you don’t know my struggles.
Harry potter in a world of muggles.
When the last breathe fades.
Will you be content with the choices made.
Or would you want just a little longer.
To say the words you could when you were stronger.
In the end you will do all that you will do.
To your mission be true.
